Project Description

Sole-source construction management of 1,830 s.f. tenant fit-up of new A&W Restaurant in a newly constructed strip mall completed in four months.

Construction included complete interior and exterior fit-up with commercial fast-food kitchen and storage areas, refuse stations and public washrooms, eat in area, take-out and drive through service. 

The interior design features include table seating, and counter seating decorated in the retro A&W styling with orange checkerboard and wall murals.
