Project Description

Tom Jones Corporation worked with Turner Fleischer Architects, COHOS EVAMY Integrated Design, and Millennium Acquisitions Inc. to complete the Building Shell and Interior fit-up of a new Royal Bank complete with Drive-Through Teller and a Shoppers Drug Mart. These projects were completed as Construction Management type contract in an “open book” format, working with the developer to a defined budget. The scope of work included the build from the foundations to the complete shell of the building including the entire site package including drainage, curbing, paving and landscaping.
