Project Description

The Brick and Bank of Montreal buildings located at Harbour Crossing in Thunder Bay were constructed for Shindico Realty Inc. 

Working with stakeholders and design team and beginning with securing of the property, through provisions for site services, construction of the building shell, interior finishes and landscaping, Tom Jones Corporation managed the construction of these buildings from inception to substantial completion. 

Working on the two buildings concurrently, Tom Jones Corporation was able to maximize manpower scheduling and eliminate construction delays.
