Construction of the Water Garden Pavilion - Building Shell, Roof, Exterior and Interior Finishes.  Renovations to Baggage Building - Exterior Finishes, Roofing and Interior finishes.  Splash Pad/Skating Rink, Pond Pavilion, Festival Storage and associated landscaping and water features.  LEED Gold Certification.
