Project Description

Tom Jones Corporation coordinated with Form Studio Architects and Morguard to complete the addition and renovation to the Sport Check retail store at Intercity Shopping Centre.

The project consisted of demolition of existing steel stud and brick masonry building envelope to facilitate new design, construction of new pile and grade beam foundation, new structural steel beams, joists, metal deck and building envelope constructed of steel stud and rigid insulation with brick veneer to match existing building.
